Congratulations to the MCHS Academic Team who competed at regionals on Saturday. The Quick Recall Team placed 2nd and will advance to the state Governor's Cup on March 10. Members of the QR team are Will Blake (captain), Owen Daugherty, Daisy Hawkins, Jaxson Hibbard, and alternates, Joseph Hickey, Harper Blake, and Kenneth Lanham. Will Blake also placed 5th in Arts and Humanities and will compete at state on March 9. Congratulations, MCHS Academic Team!

ACT is today! Don't forget your Chromebooks!
Tomorrow all 10th and 11th graders will take an official online ACT test on their Chromebooks. This ACT test is reportable to colleges, universities, and technical schools. Please make sure to bring a charged Chromebook to school tomorrow, March 9.
On Wednesday, March 8 and Thursday, March 9 all 10th and 11th graders must bring their CHARGED Chromebooks to school for the purpose of ACT testing. On Wednesday, students will verify that the ACT software is functional on their Chromebooks. On Thursday, students will take the official online ACT test on their Chromebooks. Again, it is imperative that 10th and 11th graders bring their charged Chromebooks to school on Wednesday and Thursday of this week.

On Saturday, February 18, the MCHS Academic Team travels to Elizabethtown High School to compete for the Region 5 Governor's Cup!. Please wish this incredible team good luck as they compete against 13 high schools for a chance to go to state!
